Cancellation & Order Change Policy

At Levaxco, every order is prepared with care and processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.

Because of this, requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing the order.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request a cancellation or change, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at info@levaxco.com and include:

• Your order number
• The reason for the request

Processing & Limitations

Once an order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Address changes
• Product changes
• Quantity adjustments
• Order cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders Already in Transit

Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers must follow our Refund & Returns Policy after delivery.

Failed or Late Requests

Requests submitted after the 30-minute window may not be accepted, as the order may already be in preparation or dispatched.
