From time to time, Levaxco may offer select products on a pre-order basis or experience temporary stock shortages due to high demand.
When a product is available for pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page along with an estimated shipping timeframe.
• Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders are provided for guidance only and may change.
• Payment is collected at the time the order is placed.
• If a pre-order shipment is delayed, customers will be notified by email with updated information.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you with the option to:
• Wait for the next restock
• Receive a replacement product of equal value
• Request a full refund to the original payment method
Pre-orders are subject to our Cancellation & Order Change Policy. Once a pre-order has entered the fulfillment process, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Approved refunds for cancelled pre-orders or unavailable items will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, in accordance with our payment provider’s procedures.

At Levaxco, we strive to ensure every order is delivered accurately and on time. To help us achieve this, we ask customers to carefully review their shipping information before completing their purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout, including the correct street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, and contact information.
Levaxco is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for:
• Additional shipping fees for reshipment
• Any applicable customs or handling charges
Orders that are returned or lost due to address errors are not eligible for a refund.
If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout and is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled and is not eligible for refund or replacement.
