EU Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement (e.g., via our returns portal or by contacting us at info@levaxco.com). You may also use our online withdrawal form.

How to Return

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods (or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier).

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, the order will have entered processing and can no longer be cancelled — in that case, the withdrawal and return process above applies once you receive your goods.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
