Refund policy

1. Thank You for Your Purchase

Thank you for choosing Levaxco. We appreciate your order and hope your décor piece enhances your space. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting info@levaxco.com.


2. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.


3. Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be in the same condition as received
• Be unused and in their original packaging
• Include all original tags
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase


4. Return Process

• Contact info@levaxco.com to initiate your return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once your return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days.


5. Refunds

After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the transaction.


6. Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues

6.1 Delays in Transit

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. International shipping delays may occasionally occur due to customs or courier operations.

Refunds or replacements are offered once non-delivery has been confirmed by our logistics partners. We are always available to assist with tracking investigations.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, changes may not be possible, and refunds cannot be guaranteed.


8. Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates delivery, but you have not received your order:

• Contact your local courier or post office immediately
• Email info@levaxco.com with your order details

Each case is reviewed individually. When appropriate, a replacement will be arranged.


9. Product Damage / Replacement / Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We provide replacements or refunds for:

• Items damaged during shipping
• Manufacturing defects
• Damage identified immediately upon opening the package


10. What Is Not Covered

This policy does not apply to:

• Damage caused after delivery
• Accidental misuse or improper handling
• Customized or altered décor items unless received damaged


11. How to Claim a Replacement or Refund

To submit a claim, please provide:

Your order number or proof of purchase
Clear photos of the issue
A brief description of the problem

12. Resolution

Once your claim is verified, we will:

• Arrange a complimentary replacement, or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

14. Damaged & Defective Items

At Levaxco, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to assist you.

14.1 Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

Customers must notify our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@levaxco.com and providing:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Claims submitted without photo evidence or outside the 48-hour reporting window may not be eligible for resolution.

14.2 Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following, based on your preference:

• A complimentary replacement
• A full refund to the original payment method

14.3 Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification
• Issues resulting from failure to follow product care instructions

14.4 Processing Time

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly after verification, in accordance with our payment provider’s security and fraud-prevention procedures.


15. Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse / Unwanted Items Policy

At Levaxco, every piece is curated with care. We understand that sometimes a purchase may no longer be the right fit.

15.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns based on buyer’s remorse or unwanted items are accepted only if:

• The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
• The product is not marked as final sale or non-returnable

15.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@levaxco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

15.3 Return Shipping & Fees

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Any customs duties or return handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount

15.4 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, in accordance with our payment provider’s procedures.

15.5 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return under this policy:

• Items that show signs of use or damage
• Products returned without prior authorization
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
