Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Tracking activity may take up to 48 hours to become visible.


European Union

Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders shipped within the European Union arrive within 8-13 business days from the shipping date, depending on your local courier network.

VAT & Customs Notice
• Prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Your local customs authority may apply VAT, import duties, or postal handling fees upon delivery.
• These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times for destinations outside the United States and European Union typically fall within 8-13 business days from the shipping date, but may vary depending on local logistics infrastructure.

• International orders may be subject to customs inspections.
• Import duties, taxes, or administrative fees may apply based on your destination country.
• These fees are outside of our control and must be paid by the recipient.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.


Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from the shipping date, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@levaxco.com.

After confirming non-delivery with our logistics partners, we will offer an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund.

We do not operate local warehouses in the United States or the European Union. All orders are prepared and dispatched through our trusted international fulfillment network, working with premium logistics partners to ensure secure, trackable delivery worldwide.
We clearly communicate estimated delivery times and provide full tracking details so you always know what to expect. Our Customer Care team is available to assist with any questions regarding fulfillment, shipping progress, or delivery timelines.


Delivery Delays

While we work closely with trusted logistics partners to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier capacity, weather conditions, or regional logistics disruptions.

If your shipment is still in transit and showing active tracking updates, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund during this period. However, our Customer Care Team will continue to support you and monitor the progress of your delivery.

If your order has not been delivered within 20 days from the shipping confirmation date and is confirmed as lost or undelivered, you will be eligible for a full refund or complimentary replacement in accordance with our Non-Delivery & Refund Policy.
