If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Any return shipping or additional costs incurred will be deducted from any potential reimbursement.
Customs processing times are outside of our control and may occasionally cause delivery delays. Such delays do not qualify for order cancellation or immediate refund while the shipment remains in transit and trackable.

Levaxco offers a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, handling, or maintenance.
The following are not covered under our warranty:

Warranty-related claims must be reported within the timeframes outlined in our Damaged & Defective Items Policy and must include clear photo evidence of the issue.
