Customers must notify our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@levaxco.com and providing:
• Your order number• Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Claims submitted without photo evidence or outside the 48-hour reporting window may not be eligible for resolution.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following, based on your preference:
• A complimentary replacement• A full refund to the original payment method
This policy does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification• Issues resulting from failure to follow product care instructions
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly after verification, in accordance with our payment provider’s security and fraud-prevention procedures.
