Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

Customers must notify our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@levaxco.com and providing:

• Your order number
Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Claims submitted without photo evidence or outside the 48-hour reporting window may not be eligible for resolution.

Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following, based on your preference:

• A complimentary replacement
• A full refund to the original payment method

Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification
• Issues resulting from failure to follow product care instructions

Processing Time

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly after verification, in accordance with our payment provider’s security and fraud-prevention procedures.
