Our team is available to assist with order tracking, delivery issues, replacements, and refunds, and in most cases, we are able to resolve matters quickly without the need for a formal dispute.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us with:
• Your order number• A brief description of the issue• Clear photos showing the issue with the product or packaging
Once received, we will review your claim and respond promptly with the appropriate resolution.
Refunds or replacements may be issued when:
• An order is confirmed as lost or undelivered after the delivery guarantee period• A product arrives damaged or defective (photo evidence required)• A cancellation request is submitted in accordance with our cancellation policy
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to pause the resolution process until the dispute is reviewed by the payment provider.
Please note that filing a chargeback does not result in an automatic refund and may significantly delay resolution, as the claim must then be handled through your bank or card issuer.
