Levaxco shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These events may include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Acts of government or regulatory authorities
• War, civil unrest, or public emergencies
• Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation interruptions
• Pandemics or public health crises
• Carrier service disruptions or network failures

During such events, delivery timelines may be extended, and order fulfillment may be temporarily suspended.

Please note that delays caused by force majeure events are excluded from our 30-day Non-Delivery Guarantee, and orders affected by such circumstances are not eligible for cancellation or refund while the shipment remains in transit or pending resolution.

Levaxco will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable and will continue to support customers throughout any disruption.
