Pre-Order & Out-of-Stock Items

From time to time, Levaxco may offer select products on a pre-order basis or experience temporary stock shortages due to high demand.

Pre-Orders

When a product is available for pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page along with an estimated shipping timeframe.

• Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders are provided for guidance only and may change.
• Payment is collected at the time the order is placed.
• If a pre-order shipment is delayed, customers will be notified by email with updated information.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you with the option to:

• Wait for the next restock
• Receive a replacement product of equal value
• Request a full refund to the original payment method

Cancellations

Pre-orders are subject to our Cancellation & Order Change Policy. Once a pre-order has entered the fulfillment process, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Refunds

Approved refunds for cancelled pre-orders or unavailable items will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, in accordance with our payment provider’s procedures.

Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery Policy

At Levaxco, we strive to ensure every order is delivered accurately and on time. To help us achieve this, we ask customers to carefully review their shipping information before completing their purchase.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout, including the correct street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, and contact information.

Failed or Misdelivered Shipments

Levaxco is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for:

• Additional shipping fees for reshipment
• Any applicable customs or handling charges

Refund Eligibility

Orders that are returned or lost due to address errors are not eligible for a refund.

If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout and is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled and is not eligible for refund or replacement.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure smooth and accurate deliveries.


Cancellation & Order Change

 Every order is prepared with care and processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.

Because of this, requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing the order.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request a cancellation or change, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at info@levaxco.com and include:

• Your order number
• The reason for the request

Processing & Limitations

Once an order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Address changes
• Product changes
• Quantity adjustments
• Order cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders Already in Transit

Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers must follow our Refund & Returns Policy after delivery.

Failed or Late Requests

Requests submitted after the 30-minute window may not be accepted, as the order may already be in preparation or dispatched.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

Your security is our Top priority. To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent activity, we have implemented industry-standard verification procedures.

Order Verification

In certain cases, orders may be flagged for manual review. This may occur when:

• There is inconsistent billing or shipping information
• The transaction is identified by our systems or payment providers as high risk
• Unusual order behavior is detected

When this happens, we may contact you to request additional information to confirm the legitimacy of the order.

Processing Delays

Orders under verification may experience temporary processing delays. These delays are part of our commitment to providing a secure shopping environment and do not qualify for immediate cancellation or refund.

Order Cancellation for Security Reasons

If we are unable to verify the authenticity of an order, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and efficiently. We kindly ask that customers contact our Customer Care Team at info@levaxco.com before initiating any dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Our team is available to assist with order tracking, delivery issues, replacements, and refunds, and in most cases, we are able to resolve matters quickly without the need for a formal dispute.

How We Handle Claims

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the issue with the product or packaging

Once received, we will review your claim and respond promptly with the appropriate resolution.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be issued when:

• An order is confirmed as lost or undelivered after the delivery guarantee period
• A product arrives damaged or defective (photo evidence required)
• A cancellation request is submitted in accordance with our cancellation policy

All refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to pause the resolution process until the dispute is reviewed by the payment provider.

Please note that filing a chargeback does not result in an automatic refund and may significantly delay resolution, as the claim must then be handled through your bank or card issuer.
