Delivery Delays Disclaimer

While we work closely with trusted logistics partners to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier capacity, weather conditions, or regional logistics disruptions.

If your shipment is still in transit and showing active tracking updates, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund during this period. However, our Customer Care Team will continue to support you and monitor the progress of your delivery.

If your order has not been delivered within 20 days from the shipping confirmation date and is confirmed as lost or undelivered, you will be eligible for a full refund or complimentary replacement in accordance with our Non-Delivery & Refund Policy.
