Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse / Unwanted Items Policy

At Levaxco, every piece is curated with care. We understand that sometimes a purchase may no longer be the right fit.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns based on buyer’s remorse or unwanted items are accepted only if:

• The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
• The product is not marked as final sale or non-returnable

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@levaxco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Any customs duties or return handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, in accordance with our payment provider’s procedures.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return under this policy:

• Items that show signs of use or damage
• Products returned without prior authorization
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
