Installation
Professional installation by a qualified electrician is strongly recommended. Ensure the pendant is securely mounted to a suitable ceiling structure using the appropriate fittings. Always disconnect the electrical supply before installation, maintenance, cleaning, or bulb replacement.
Electrical Safety
Use only a compatible G9 LED bulb and never exceed the maximum recommended wattage. Confirm that the local electrical supply is compatible with the lamp’s rated voltage before installation. Do not use the pendant if the cable, socket, or any electrical component appears damaged.
Placement
Designed for indoor use only. Install in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct contact with water, excessive moisture, steam, and sources of intense heat. Keep the pendant away from flammable materials and allow sufficient space around the bulb for ventilation.
Cleaning
Switch off the lamp and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Gently wipe the marble, metal frame, and polished copper details using a soft, dry microfiber cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth and dry the surfaces immediately afterward.
Products to Avoid
Do not use abrasive sponges, polishing compounds, acidic products, bleach, alcohol-based cleaners, or harsh chemicals. These may damage the marble, metal finish, or protective surface coating. Never spray cleaning products directly onto the lamp.
Marble Care
Natural marble is porous and should be protected from prolonged exposure to moisture, oils, and strongly colored liquids. Each piece displays individual veining, coloration, and textural variations. These are natural characteristics of genuine marble and are not considered defects.
Maintenance
Periodically check that the ceiling fitting, cable, and visible connections remain secure. Do not attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair electrical components yourself. If any damage or irregular operation is noticed, stop using the lamp and contact a qualified electrician.
