If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@levaxco.com with your order number and tracking information.

Once we verify the status of the shipment with the courier, and if the order is confirmed as lost or undelivered, you will be entitled to a full refund or a complimentary replacement, based on your preference.
