All orders are carefully prepared within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically occurs within 8–13 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location and local courier operations.

Tracking details are provided by email upon shipment, with updates generally appearing within 48 hours.

If your order has not arrived within 20 days from the shipping confirmation date, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@levaxco.com with your order number and tracking information.

Once we verify the status of the shipment with the courier, and if the order is confirmed as lost or undelivered, you will be entitled to a full refund or a complimentary replacement, based on your preference.

In some cases, additional verification may be required before a refund is issued, in line with our payment provider and fraud-prevention procedures.
